WHAT’S IN THE KIT?
WHAT WE PUT IN OUR FIRST AID KIT
We have a very extensive first aid kit, some would even call it overkill, but it’s better to have too much than too little. So here’s a list of what goes in:
Painkillers
Paracetamol for pain and fever
Anti-inflammatories e.g. Ibuprofen or Diclofenac (tablets and gel)
Anti-bacterials
Broad Spectrum Antibiotic e.g. Ciprofloxacin (5 day course)
Antibiotic eye ointment
Anti-bacterial cream or ointment
Antiseptic liquid
Gastro-intestinal agents
Anti-spasmodic e.g. Hyosine Butyl-bromide
Anti-nauseant e.g Cyclizine or Metoclopramide
Anti-diarrheal e.g. Loperamide
